Is it me? My sisters older by 4 years and looks really fit. I eat mindlessly. I eat too much without realizing. I don't exercise enough. I don't like my wgt gain..its crept up slowly and hard to get off. Well, I will count calories and exercise daily..spark says if i stay at 1500 a day, i can lose 1 lb a week. Goal 98. Now 109.
