Good Intentions,

Monday, April 22, 2019

Yesterday I had a game plan for my eating at our Easter gathering. Needless to say with all the homemade foods I did not do very well. I did better than last year but not as well as I intended to. There where so many good homemade desserts that I had to try some of each. I ended up not feeling that well in the evening. One day is not going to kill me I’m back at it this morning. I have learned to accept my faults and not give up! This journey is about honesty and acknowledging my setbacks and moving forward.

I missed going to Easter dinner because of tummy troubles. Don't know if staying home and grazing was a good thing or not. emoticon

You are right - one day isn't going to kill you. The important thing is to get back to what you need to focus on today and recover. Keep going and stay focused.
