Cooking Challenge #7 - curried vegetables

This curry was from The Complete Book of Indian Cooking. The family really liked the flavours of the fresh spices, but I found that it was too thick. The recipe called for adding cornstarch to the yogurt, but I was using Greek yogurt and it wasn't necessary. There was no prepared curry powders in it and I do like mixing my own spices. Also it used some dried curry leaves and nigella seeds so the family was happy with that.

I don't think that I would make this again, there must be a better vegetable curry recipe in one of my books. However, it was Sparky since it was low fat and none of the ingredients were high calorie.
