Happy Easter and Passover Weekend

I really enjoy the Spark site, the people here, and the sense of structure and connection the Spark program gives me.
I gained some of the weight back I had lost, but am working to get myself on program again. I began logging my food in every day, see where my problem eating lies, and am limiting and replacing food options with better ones. Next I am going to try planning ahead what I will eat.
Also going to start an exercise program.
Needing some sort of dessert for Easter, though it’s only me and my husband (and one ever hopeful sweet toothed cat). In Trader Joe, I grabbed a 2-pack of individual chocolate lava cakes and non-dairy chocolate ice cream. Then I put them back (Who ya kidding, not a great idea for sugar addict me). Then I picked a small banana bread, which I will have with vegan yogurt and berries. I cut the bread in half before freezing it. 8 servings total, broken in half. Better option, I think. My husband will enjoy MOST of it.
Restarting the Spark Coach program. Hearing with new ears, and eager to make positive changes that will in turn make me feel good about myself.
