Hitting head against brick wall...

Think I may have finally broken the wall... or is it my head
I have been plateauing for 6 weeks losing/gaining the same 1.5 kg repeatedly. So frustrated. DId all the checks: Am I tracking everything? Yes. Am I drinking enough water? Yes. Am I overestimating exercise? No. Am I consistently in my calorie range? Yes.
Stopped being so stressed when I realized I shouldn't be surprised. I plateaued around 82kg. Throughout this journey I have plateaued at weights I have spent a lot of time during in my life.
128Kg, 118Kg, 111kg, 105kg, 98Kg, 92kg, 89kg and 82kg. These are all weights I maintained throughout my life at various times as I gained and they are the same weights I have plateaued at on the way back down.
De-stressing rather than distressing helped me break this one. A week off work, relaxing, chilling and just gentle jogging on the elliptical (Yes still rehabbing from torn quad/bursae issue I did just after Xmas).
Stress should be a 4 letter word. Memo to self : Take care of my stress levels! Easier said than done. Passive aggressive mother, job with lots of deadlines to meet where I have to count on others to do their bit so I can do my bit, and juggling kids.
Makes me incredibly grateful for a supportive husband. So many people have to do this journey without someone in their corner cheering you on, propping them up when they feel weak and allowing them to be "selfish" to take care of themselves. I am lucky to have him in my life.
So here's to stress less. Let's hope trying to stress less doesn't stress me out :)
