To Step or Not To Step!

So this may be a tad unpopular but its my journey and I have to work with what I've got 😉 While I have a fitness tracker, I am not a step counter. Shocker, I know. My step goal is 4,000. And getting to that some days is hella hard! I have a sit down job that requires a lot of focus. I use my tracker to nudge me into movement. Standing up and stretching. I have literally sat in one spot for 6 hours and didn't notice. Also when I do hit up the gym, its not always a cardio day and moving between donkey kicks and push ups dosen't count very many steps. So to all of you who get those 10,000+ steps in....Ya'll are a goal I hope to achieve one day when I retire! To those who don't make that 'magic' number I will be happy to keep you company!
