Our snow has melted yet again, the winds have died down enough for birds to fly.
I have consciously made an effort to curb nighttime snacks, substituting items in my cooking for healthier ones. I am back on a water/tea fast today until later in the day or evening. I was NPO at 9:30 last night, so will try for late afternoon to keep my blood sugar okay.
