Trying new plant based recipes

Took a day off today. Alarm inspection at our condos. Decided to make a What I’ve Done List, as opposed to a To Do List.
Tried a new recipe. Tempeh bacon. Steamed tempeh, sliced lengthwise and then in strips. Sautéed in maple syrup, vegan Worcestershire sauce, oil, cayenne, and liquid smoke. For a TLT, tempeh lettuce and tomato wrap. With avocado. Was crunchy and meaty like bacon.
Right now I am making Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes for dinner tonight. With a cashew-based cheeze sauce. Hoping the fire inspector comes early so I can get a haircut. I’m all gray now. Still getting used to it.
My goal for today: use stationary bike for 10 minutes, and walk around condos for 10 minutes.
