This last year, I have learned a lot. I have worked on ME. I learned that when you wake up, the first 20 minutes will set the pace for the kind of day you will have. The first thing is to decide to have a great day! The next is to write at least 3 things you are grateful for. Then I plan my day. I have a planner that allows hourly planning
I also choose not to get upset. to be courteous, and to be the best I can be to me and everybody that I will have interaction with, today. I don't live in the past anymore. I'm given this day and it is my duty to make it a great one.
