I have spent the last week spring cleaning. Each day I averaged over 100 minutes of activity and burned over 3,000 calories according to my Fitbit. Tomorrow I will be tackling my closet, and it is going to be a challenge, considering it has become a storage of sorts. I am curious as to what type of active minutes and calories I will burn to make it to the end of my closet and taking items to the dumpster ( I live on the 3rd floor) To be continued...
