2019 5% Spring Challenge - Week 1 Complete

We are now into week 2 for our Spring 5% challenge. I am happy to say I dropped 5 pounds in the first week. It just proves to myself that logging what I eat, sticking to my low carb and working out do in fact work for me. Now I have to keep that momentum going.
I was bad and never posted my starting numbers, I tend to get busy and forget to blog, which I know is important. I am down to 249.8 as of yesterday, down from 254. My first goal is to lose the 5% which is about 12 pounds in 8 weeks. My other goal is to get down to 200 by fall 5% challenge, so we will see if I can do it.
It's a chilly April day in Dallas today. I plan to ride my Peloton later today, but I am also getting a massage at 11:30 and my nails done after that. It's laundry day and pampering day mostly for me.
