Chapter 31, Day 30 Week 1 of Challenge

Week 1: 1# of weight loss.

Not much, I know.....but I didn't put enough effort in. Slow start, yes, true. But taking steps in the right direction, makes for good walking. And health and wellness. And weight loss.

When done at hair appointment, I was feeling famished. I walked out the door, planning my next stop to the grocery store for some junk, no, better to have sushi. Within 5 minutes, I headed home forcing myself to consider a better idea, deciding on some healthy fish on the grill, some yellow squash, 1/2 grapefruit, and the indulgence of 1 hot dog with no roll (nothing beats a Sahlens dog, a WNY food specialty). After eating,I was still scared I might do something stupid and eat some unnecessary unhealthy food, so I gulped down 16 ounces of water. Glug, glug. Victory over self emoticon

I'm on my way to a successful food day.

I'll get out for a walk in a little while.

Made some good progress on client books this morning.
Thankful I was able to re-direct my eating temptations for the present.
Weekend time.
Lots of sunshine today.
