Just Tryin to get back to Me!

This year I have been struggling with muscle soreness, strains and pains....
When I move I hurt, but if I don't move I hurt... emoticon

So, I am doing lots of walking but I feel I need more!

Today, I joined the "Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge" !
After trying the 1st workout which would be easy (normally)
I find I still can't do it... emoticon

I know I need to do more stretching & that I must make myself do this at least 2x a day!
That is my Challenge right now!

    From a certain age on..., everything is a challenge! (my mom used to say) emoticon Let's embrace the changes and keep going. Though is good to check with a doctor to see if everything is alright.

    Listening to your body is the best thing you can do. JEANKNEE brought up a very good point about hypothyroidism and muscle soreness, strains and pains. Worthwhile getting checked out. I have hypothyroid and definitely can 2nd her advice.

    Something to consider … are there any environmental factors (food, chemical exposure, medication, personal care products, etc.) that could be contributing to the muscle soreness, strains and pains?

    Do you have a hypothyroid condition? I ask because I DO have a hypothyroid condition and muscle soreness, strains and pains are all red flags for me that my thyroid levels may be out of range.
