Starting again.... 4.12.2019

Today I am going to start back on spark people. I have been kinda absent due to my illness but now I am back. I figure that it would be a better way for me to track what I am eating on a daily and also to keep track of the water that I am drinking. I really am not doing this for weight loss any more because I am more concerned with my health at the moment and what I am putting into my body. I did start a new regimen that I do some gentle yoga every morning to help me stretch out and then 3 days out of the week I am going to do 15 min of walk away the pounds. Eventually I am suppose to do 12 minutes 5 days out of the week do HIIT exercises and I will get to that but for right now I am slowly working in my exercise and be gentle cause I have neck issues but I totally plan to get myself in better health this year 🧘
