Tonight I made chicken and beef yakitori. The yakitori sauce was easy and delicious. The whole dish is very fast and good so we will definitely be having this again...and again. The chicken skin wasn't as crispy as I would have liked, but I can work on that.
The rest of the meal was a miso soup with tofu, mushrooms, spinach and green onion and Brussels sprouts. We had carbs for lunch so no rice for dinner, but still everyone liked it.
