I was reading a blog from someone ( sorry I don't remember your name ) about how she /he was doing a 21 day challenge. I decided I'm going to do a 30 day challenge, made up of things not at pertaining to weight loss. Starting with reading 2 chapters everyday in my Bible. Getting in 8 glasses if water etc. I can do this ☺️
