Last night I was off plan last night but today am on. 30 min walk and a lower calorie breakfast than yesterday. I cut my creamer to 2 tbs vs 3 vs previous dump a bunch in until it looks beige. I also trimmed my PB but added honey to my toast. Seeing the honey was 60 calories I may trim that too.

    It's all done in small steps. I haven't checked the labels but I wonder what the calorie count is for Sugar-free jams or jellies? I don't buy it as I have many fruit trees and blue berry bushes so I make my own jams with no added sugars. Just a thought for reducing the calories from honey.
