Get the behind me Dr. Pepper!

My head is pounding! I am going through Dr. Pepper withdrawal. It hasn't even been 24 hours since my last DP. But, my addiction is so bad. Not long ago, I stopped drinking Dr. PEPPER. That is to say, I did not go cold turkey. I just stopped drinking it, every day and in large amounts. Every once in awhile I would have a can. Or have a DP with dinner when dinning out. I lost ten pounds and got past that weight stall. But, more importantly...my belly went flat. No bloated pot-belly...one of my instructors at the gym noticed, and commented to the whole class my hard work was paying off. But...then we started the process of moving. And getting the new house ready. I didn't make to the gym for a month. And my packing, cleaning, and unpacking was fueled by Dr. Pepper and sweets. That's all... I drank gallons of DP...and ate donuts, and sweet junk. Not only did my weight resume back at 170. My belly popped back out! So, I am trying to get back to my gym routine. Eat healthy, and get off the Dr pepper!
