MAINTENANCE SAGA -- 10 POUND LOSS IN ONE WEEK???

I weighed in today and I am at my next goal weight of 175. The goal date was 4/30/19. However, I reached it in one week.

WAS IT WATER OR MUSCLE WEIGHT GAIN

I know that I easily gain muscle when I do any type of strength training. I also retain water easily when I eat too much salt. Both had happened. So I don't know which is The culprit, but I know it couldn't have been fat. So now no guess I am back on track.

SO NOW WHAT?

Well, I'm going to try to get to 165. I believe I need that weight to maintain. 175 is to close to 180. I want to stay between 165 and 175. If I find that it is too hard to do this, then I will just accept 175. We'll see.
