Getting my food logged in every day.
Not tasting while I prepare food.
Not running to the jars of nuts I keep in the pantry when I feel ravenous or pick-ish. I logged in what I ate in cashews one day, and it was frightening. Logging in makes it more real.
Trying to find and use good vegan recipes.
Managing stress. Working on resolving things I let bug me.
Get done some of the things I let go undone.
Pace myself at work and don't allow the stress to build. And if it does, find ways to unload it.
Drinking more water.
Begin exercising again.
Learn how to treat myself with compassion. For example, I had an appointment for a physical at 5:15 pm tonight, which I cancelled. I have a long day, then have to get home to make sure we have dinner and lunch for the next day. I get up early and start work early. I can reschedule for an afternoon and take the time off. I am allowed to have time off.
(Not doing too well managing the stress). But I will keep trying.
