Back on track!!

So far today I've done 20 minutes of aerobics Sp Premium low impact and 20 minutes of SP Premium get strong strength training! About to go do yoga.
Weighed myself this morning and I was 119 pounds exactly. Thank God my Phoenixes start the challenge tomorrow! I only really want to lose 2 pounds but I will be exercising like a maniac and doing all of the ATC's! I was to earn as many points as possible for my team!
My goals are to walk with Crystal 1-2x a week, work up to 30- 60min of aerobics most days, do strength training 2-3x a week increasing weight gradually, and do yoga/stretching everyday! Today I'll work out the time line for everything and blog it tomorrow.
Everything is going pretty well so far this week. My calorie intake is already all planned out for today and I'm within my range. Even have a little wiggle room 👍😜.
