Water and exercise

My glasses at home hold 1.5 cups of water. My goal is to drink 10 cups of water a day. I have put two small paper cups on the counter and start with ten pennies in the left one. When I drink a full glass I move one penny in the right one, and another penny on the counter between the two cups. Next glass, I move the penny on the counter to the right cup and take another from the left cup to the right cup. Three cups done. Continue thru the day until all pennies are in the right cup.
I am ready for week one challenge.
Today I used the elliptical we have at home for ten minutes.
