Well, I ducked the pizza lunch at work

Because I had lovely homemade leftovers: Balsamic Black Beans, brown rice, fresh broccoli, and lightly sauteed mushrooms. The pizza lunch had definite goop factor, but I chose not to have it.
And now I have my regular lunch break. I can Spark, draw, or walk around the outside of the building. I usually enjoy being social, but don't feel like being in a noisy, crowded lunchroom.
I made myself wait longer for my morning snack, and tried to keep aside the protein bar for the afternoon, but I became really hungry. I eat at 6:15 am, so I'm bound to be hungry. My victory was: I didn't gobble them both down right away. It's more anxiety, work stress, but I am also hungry. Trying to separate the two. I am making baby steps in the right direction, I'll give myself that.
I wrote here, then did a sketch from my collection of sketch-worthy photos on my computer.
I'm doing mostly free style energetic sketches that try to capture the energy of the subject. It makes me feel good.
