Exercise for 4/3/19

I didn't mean to be so negative on my last blog.
Thank you for the encouragement Dee.
I went to the gym and did 15 minutes on the elliptical
40 minutes on the bike
5 minutes on an ergometer
5 minutes doing leg press.
Total 65 minutes.
Now to go encourage a few team members and log my numbers on the team thread.
