I haven't been on SP much in the past month or so, but I'm still on track and exceeding my weight loss goals. March 1st stats didn't get posted, so I'm comparing April 1 to February 1. In totality, I'm down 18 lbs. since the beginning of the year and 25 lbs. from my start weight.

My goal is to lose 4 lbs. per month. I feel my eating habits have become more solid, as I have already reached my weight loss goal to the middle of May. I have been eating out quite a bit over this month, and my results are showing me that I am making the right choices.

I am officially down from a size 16 to a size 14, plus a little bit into size 12!

I have 26 more pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal of 145 lbs., and my new target date is September 30, 2019!
