My Body was Angry with me

I feel tired most of the time. There are multiple reasons for this. I didn't feel well yesterday afternoon in addition to being tired. When I thought about my food choices the day before, the answer was clear. My food and hydration choices over the weekend and lack of self-care in my nutrition contributed to my current state of being in a major way. I struggled to get enough water on Saturday. I have a part-time job that doesn't allow us to have water for the major part of our shift. There are ways I could have remedied this to a degree but I didn't think about it until it was over. I will do better this weekend as I now have a plan. My freggie intake suffered this weekend and I can sure tell. My body was downright angry with me yesterday afternoon due to my mistreatment and neglect and it told me so. It subsided after a few hours but it was a memorable experience. I will be listening to my body better and seek to have a plan going into similar situations in the future. Happy Tuesday Y'all! I'm happy to Spark with You!

    emoticon This blog is great in that it shows you are having conversations with your body (key), and know exactly what is off track, and have the right attitude to make changes along the way! I have to work at water too, actually I have to work at all of it, tracking, nutrition, sleep, H20, the only aspect that comes easy to me is exercise, most of the time, lol!

    It is good that your listen to your body. I used to drink cold water but I have found if I drink water that is cool or room temperature that I can drink more. Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog.
