- 03/30/19 - Run Two: Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins, repeat 5x. (* I alternated every 2 mins *) - 15:09 m/m

– 04/02/19 - Run Three: Run 2 mins, walk 4 mins, repeat 5x.

- 04/04/19 – Run Four: Run 3 mins, walk 3 minutes, repeat 4x.

– 04/06/19 - Run Five: Run 3 mins, walk 3 minutes, repeat 4x.

– 04/08/19 – Run Six: Run 5 mins, walk 3 mins, repeat 3x.
