Staying focused

It is difficult for me to stay focused. I find myself constantly going off on a tangent during conversations and while working. Exercising on the other hand, helps me to keep on track. While I often start a chore at home and find I cannot finish it as I have become distracted and have in the meantime, started three other projects, I don't have those sames urges when I exercise regularly. That will be my saving grace; I will increase my exercise times in length and frequency so that I can work on my powers of concentration and then finish my tasks on a timely basis. I am also working on meditating as a way to improve my quality of sleep. Better sleep, better concentration, better mobility, stronger and healthier me!
