Menu: April Week 1

It’s be a hectic couple of weeks and I kept forgetting to blog. Trying to back on track, because it really helps me stay accountable. All is set except Friday. I have an extra steak and I’m not sure what I want to do with it. This week’s menu: Monday: Shredded pork burritos w/ salsa Tuesday: Blue cheese steak w/ broccoli and sweet potatoes Wednesday: Honey Garlic pork chops w/ broccoli and cheese grits Thursday: Chicken quesadillas Friday: Steak tacos maybe Saturday: restaurant night Breakfasts: nitro grain waffle w honey and fruit Lunches: ham sandwiches or leftovers
