Weigh-In -- 31Mar19

Same weight as last week...

Can't really blame it on the lousy, cold weather since spring has sort of arrived here. Most of our snow has melted and even the mud is starting to dry out. The last snow event pretty much missed us.

Been keeping the same old goals in mind --

Freggies - Aim for 5 or more a day. - Finishing up a challenge for this - 6 out of 7 days this week.

Water -- At least 48oz/day -- Still a little low on plain ol' H2O, but getting this amount of fluids a day.

Cardio - Work on the "at least 10 minutes a day" plan -- Hit four days this week.

Now all I need to do is get my eating under control. Been succumbing to salty snack urges (Cheetos and tortilla chips) way too often and not sticking to one serving...

Minor flooding in the area, the creek is going down on both ends, but still kind of high in this area. Looks like we have a pretty good chance of rain/snow overnight and tomorrow, but the rest of the week looks pretty good. Highs upper 40's at the beginning of the week, ending with low 60's toward the end. Maybe we're getting spring after all!!

    I like tortilla chips too much and my hubby is a Cheetos fiend. So we have them around way too much.

    Glad you're on board for another month of the rainbow freggie challenge. I had 32 fritos last night. My first cheat since February 1st. It was 16 grams of carbs so I saved up all day to do it! Damn those salty snacks. And I bought the bag (plus a bag of lime doritos) for my mom so it's my own fault!!

    I can relate. .2 # for 3 weeks of sticking to the plan. At least it wasn't a wt. gain ... first plateau this year. Better luck in the coming month to ya! emoticon
