Same weight as last week...
Can't really blame it on the lousy, cold weather since spring has sort of arrived here. Most of our snow has melted and even the mud is starting to dry out. The last snow event pretty much missed us.
Been keeping the same old goals in mind --
Freggies - Aim for 5 or more a day. - Finishing up a challenge for this - 6 out of 7 days this week.
Water -- At least 48oz/day -- Still a little low on plain ol' H2O, but getting this amount of fluids a day.
Cardio - Work on the "at least 10 minutes a day" plan -- Hit four days this week.
Now all I need to do is get my eating under control. Been succumbing to salty snack urges (Cheetos and tortilla chips) way too often and not sticking to one serving...
Minor flooding in the area, the creek is going down on both ends, but still kind of high in this area. Looks like we have a pretty good chance of rain/snow overnight and tomorrow, but the rest of the week looks pretty good. Highs upper 40's at the beginning of the week, ending with low 60's toward the end. Maybe we're getting spring after all!!
