Doing a little better

I'm happy to say I have lost a little in the past 4 weeks of a challenge I'm in with the RV Enthusiasts. Just a little but I'm happy with the arrow going
I'm always coming up with a new scheme, it seems. This time I'm only eating between the hours of 1 and 9 p.m., and staying under 1200 calories. I know, I know, breakfast is supposed the be the most important meal of the day, and breakfast-eaters lose more weight, but if I eat early on, I graze for most of the rest of the day. By 1, I'm *really* hungry. To keep from gobbling snacks, I rely on my higher power. I make a promise, and ask for help which is something I should be doing anyway.
I'm seeing my family doctor at the end of April and she's ordered a bunch of tests to see if there's anything metabolically off with me. Probably not, but...
I want to thank my teams, RV Enthusiasts and Change is Good, for their help in keeping me on track.
