3/31/19 - A lil lost

Stop going to my trainer last two weeks I had him. It was becoming increasingly toxic so I just couldn't anymore. I don't care if I had paid him, it's not worth it. I have membership at 24hr fitness so have started going there. Took some group classes, it was fun. But the ones I really like are soo packed that I can't concentrate. I feel a bit lost these past 2 weeks. Been feeling sorry for myself and eating slight junk here and there and now getting pimples on my face from it. Gotta get my stuff together. I've lost 10 pounds over 3.5 months and will not gain all the hard work back. I still have loads to go. Just need to find my workout/eating routine and self accountability again. It will happen :) only 6 pounds away from onderland! I can totally do it! Meal prep starts tomorrow!
