Highlight for 3/28/19

Another morning walk with the dogs. emoticon emoticon I think Jack is building up strength as he seems to not be dragging quite as much at the end of our walk. Still going the same distance - will continue for another week at that and see how he does before adding a small increase in the distance. Rode the stationary recumbent bike for 10 minutes after getting home. I was intentional about getting 250 steps each hour during the day (I work at a desk all day, telecommuting) so was able to reach 10K steps. I guess that was more than one highlight, but a good day for my movement. No pictures from the river, it was a cloudy morning.
