So, I'm participating in a 10 week challenge. I feel like I have discovered something great with challenges. They help keep me focused and on track and generally more mindful about my health overall.
As part of this challenge, I was tasked to try a new recipe. The next week, I tried another new recipe. Week 3, same thing. It is now week four and I find myself looking for the new tastes I will be introducing to myself and my family. I decided today I would adopt the new recipe each week for the duration of this challenge. It gives me another thing to look forward to. Will it succeed? Will it flop? Will the family love it? Will they politely suggest I lose it and never do it again? More will be revealed...
