Walking

Wednesday, March 27, 2019

Good morning! I went on my morning walk this morning and got my kids off to school. It was a pretty good walk, even though the sky is somewhat dim with grey, clouds, most likely it will rain today. I hope it doesn't though. I like walking and hearing the birds chirping, and seeing everything blooming now since it's spring . Except for having allergies, lol. But, as for my walking, and losing more weight, it makes me feel better, even though it's tiring and I'm in pain alot from my arthritis. I still do it though. My goal is to reach 220 lbs, and then keep myself in good shape from that point on . I don't want to be skinny, just a good healthy weight and look, that I will like, and be happy about for me, myself, and I, as well as my kids. I want to keep going strong. So, as for that being said, All Sparks, have a great morning and keep up the good work.β˜ΊοΈβ˜ΊοΈπŸ’―πŸ’žβœŒοΈπŸ˜

Good for you for getting out there in the fresh air and getting a walk! It's my "go to" exercise - I can do it anywhere, it needs no special equipment, and if I do it outside I get the benefits of fresh air and sunshine. Keep after it!

I enjoyed your chat this morning. We have a lot in common with allergies and arthritis. Thanks for your inspiration. I, too, will work to be strong and healthy. I’m rooting for you and me both. πŸ‘ Have a great day! πŸ˜€
