It's been too long

Once I started being honest with myself about my lack of follow through, I was able to improve. Consistency over time will fix it but for now it feels good to set goals and to actually see them completed. This is the 3rd week in a row that I have met my goals in all three areas. I am regularly tracking my food and determined to get back up each time I fall and never give in. This is my year - I've been lazy and I've been all lip service but that's changed. I am pushing hard to be a new me.

My goal was to be 2200 points, overachiever. Bullseye! Next goal is to end the month at 3000 points
