I got 6 out of 7 days of working out in. I used the one rest day due to my knee acting up after my Friday workout. I did my first 5K since my knee surgery in October. It was the first time jogging on it and it wasn't used to it. I used the next day as a recovery day for it.
My eating was good during the week but I still really need to focus on the weekend eating. This will be my goal this week is to really focus on my weekend as well as I do over the week.
I lost 0.6 pounds this week!
