Don't let the negative get you down

Felt like I started off on the right foot over the last few weeks.... exercising 6 out of 7 days, working hard at staying between 1200-1500 calories but only seeing minimal progress. This last week I stated having trouble with my foot.... tendon on my left foot started feeling like a rubber band about to break, feeling like I had a knot in my left calf... really beginning to struggle. I bought a shoe insole giving my arch more support and rested a few days. Feeling a lot better. Off to buy some new sneakers and going forward as of Monday. I feel better, healthier, stronger and want to continue even if the scale does not show any real progress.
