I fell off my wagon for a week or so...kindof...

Well...I kind of quit logging my food. I went out of town for the weekend and was taken to a Chinese restaurant for late lunch. So I just fell off the wagon for a bit.
But I am getting back on now. I have started logging my food again. AND I went for my first walk this year Sunday and another one yesterday. Just 10 minutes each, but it's a start! I have been freezing all winter long and I know that exercising will help me warm up and get the blood flowing. Woo Hoo. Ready to get this weight loss train moving down the tracks. I've been stuck for months now since I have not been exercising and not being really strict on the WOE.
So with Spring comes the springboard of the new habits I want to create. Better eating and more (actually just some since I was not doing any LOL) exercise. That should get the train off of park and the scale moving down the hill.
I need to find some good Low carb casseroles and recipes to make. That's what I'm doing Low carb. Trying to stay under 30 carbs a day.
