No Excuses

Today I am starting my first day on a long journey. I have tried spark several times before, and I haven’t had the commitment. I think starting a blog is going to help me be accountable. I don’t have a scale yet, so I’m using the last weigh in at the doctor office as my starting weight. You might laugh that it’s 125 pounds. I’m really doing this to be healthier and manage my ADHD. 125 pounds is about 10 pounds heavier than I normally am. On a 5’3 frame, 10 pounds is quite a bit. Also, I’m pretty sure the actual number is higher. Also, I’m doing this for my husband to help him get in shape with the diet plans and challenges. So this is the beginning of my journey and I’m just going to start with the 10 minutes of exercise, and logging my food and water.

    Welcome back! I too and hoping I can manage my ADHD better as well as lose some weight. The small steps and looking at one or two things at a time really got the ball going for me. I think it's a great way to start! emoticon
