Maping out the game plan.

Got some time to really sit and think about my goals and thinking of how I can schedule everything to really be successful when I can start next weekend. I think I have a good plan in place as long as I can STICK TO IT. That's always been the hardest part for me. I have no willpower. I give into myself, and let the lazy stress eater inside win most of the time. Hopefully this time around I will squash her!! Lol With that being said, I'm going to sit down and make a vision board timelining my whole journey's plan. From start date to finish, I'll put each of my goal deadlines and different programs I intend to do, with inspirational pictures too. Here's to hoping I can end up with some toned muscles close to Cassandra Martin lol i at least want to close my abdominal wall (from back-to-back pregnancies), defined quads and delts. Everything else would just be a bonus.
