Bungee Workout Almost Killed Me

Yes you heard me!!! ALMOST KILLED ME!!!
So yesterday I thought it would be fun and different to try a bungee workout since it is new in my gym.
First sign -- only 2 people had registered on the kiosk.
Second sign -- the instructor was the only person in the room.
Third sign -- no one else was coming through the door and the class was starting in ONE MINUTE!!!
Fourth sign -- "when we started in January we had a class full of people. Now we only have 1 or 2 people coming at a time". All of these hints was screaming "RUN KIM RUN!!! THIS IS NOT THE CLASS FOR YOU!!!"
Ok fine!! I'll have private instruction. O M GOSH PEOPLE!!! This freaking class was high impact, high cardio!! AND I COULD NOT REACH MY WATER!!! Which was only about 3 feet away. But with this stupid bungee attached to my waist I just could not reach it. I think I looked like I was gasping for air and she finally said "do you want your water, let me get it for you. I should have told you to move it close" REALLY?!?!?!
I was gasping for air and ended up just doing one or two moves and just marched in place. This freaking class was SO DARN HARD!!! And that bungee did not assist me at all when it came to trying to sit down into the squats and lunges. I found if you do not have strong legs and abs don't even think about it. She was trying to make me fly and I just could NOT DO IT!!! I thought I was in OK shape but this class told me that I still have A LOT of work to do.
