Getting down to business

Today I started a 30 day challenge, again. Small changes can help me reach my goal more quickly. I need to focus on me. I need to focus on healthy activity and eating habits.
I've done this challenge before and will probably do it again, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that I haven't given up on my goal, I have just been sidetracked a bit. Seeing 199# on the scale again (once or twice recently at bedtime) is scary and must be stopped.
I will continue to work towards my goal, until I reach it. When I reach it, I will have a new goal to strive for.
Current Goal- lose 12# or more in 10 weeks.
