March 11-17 In Review

I got 2 out of 7 days of workouts in this week. I will get back on track with them starting today.

I did a pretty good job during the week to track and stay in range with my calories. Over the weekend is where I still need to work on things.

I gained 2.4 pounds this week.

Here's to a new week with the start of a new workout program!
