I hope everyone had a good St. Patrick's Day. I fixed myself some corned beef and cabbage. It was so yummy! That's what I'll take for lunch tomorrow and probably the next day. Lots of salt I don't need, but I don't do this too often.
Weight back up the pound... I need to get serious about getting back to my program for more than a couple days at a time...
Weather here has finally moderated. We are still under normal, but only about 5 degrees, not the 20 to 30 we were. We've even been above freezing a couple days.
Goals for the week --
Freggies - Aim for 5 or more a day.
Water -- At least 48oz/day
Cardio - Work on the "at least 10 minutes a day" plan
