Reflect and Renew

During this season of the year it is time for a us to reflect on our lives, our goals and renew out vows to do our best to carry out the goals we have set for ourselves. We know that t is not an easy task, but if we are to succeed, we have to develop a plan to achieve our goals. We may have the ultimate goal we want to achieve. In order to achieve it we have to have some small steps to get there. I try to review my goals periodically and determine if this is a good goal for me. If it is not, then I need to renew or change that goal or step to fit in with what I want to achieve. Do you reflect on your goals? Do you revamp your goals? It is a good thing to look at what you are doing more than just when you make them and at the end to see if you achieved them. Remember, it is good review as often as you can. If things are not working then what are you doing. In this instance the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" is not a true statement. Renewal is a good thing.

    There is a Spark Challenge I use daily as a reminder . You can see this under "Challenges" then Spark Challenges. There is one for "Goal Feats" and one for "Food Feats". I also use a couple of other for Exercise and Water for each day. Checking every day makes me accountable.

    I hit my goal years ago, but, being up above my goal weight by a few pounds has released a renewed fight in me. So, I get it. I do reflect, modify, renew and analyze... this journey takes all of that and some. Whew! :)
