Trying to hold onto positives

Wednesday guy #1 apologized to my daughter which means of course another week delay. Tomorrow the detective has to get witness statements, then after his report is written goes to his commander before being passed on to the prosecutor. In the meantime going on month 7. Because of our case police policies have been changed. The attorney for the complex my daughter is living in is working on changing future situations like ours to be reported immediately and video evidence preserved. My “mental minor” term is being used County wide and will be used in our court case, and after this is over an appointment with the governor to address statewide law changes. Once the charges are arraigned all 3 men will be given eviction notices from the complex to save themselves from all 3 being arrested at the same place at the same time and not tarnish their reputation. And avoid negative publicity
