DIET2011LMP Today at 4:52 PM  Week 6 progress Steps are up, calories in vs calories out are about 400 a day in my favor. Started going to the gym. Only lasting 15 minutes on the reclying bike but hitting cardio level. This week's evaluations. Everything right of calories burned are averaged for the week.
