Count Calories and Include Ice Cream

I'm marching toward my goal of weight loss. I count every calorie, weighing, measuring, every bite of food and putting it into my SP nutrition tracker. I'm a 81yr old guy, in good health, and a life long YO-YO person. I started this new effort on December 28. My daily goal is for 1000 - 1200 calories. I don't eat more even when I exercise. Most days, I meet most of my nutritional goals. At 7:30pm each evening, I weigh out the ice cream that I can have based on my calories consumed for the day = 63 grams for 1/2 cup, 95 grams for 3/4 cup and 126 grams for 1 cup of Edy's Premium Double Fudge Brownie or Cookies and Cream. Ummmmmmmm Good. It's working for me!

    Yep. We look forward to our light ice cream every day. It's a celebration of another successful day of marching toward our goal of weighing less but still healthy. Sunday will be 80 successful days.
