Exercising Throughout Today

This morning I did Wake Up Yoga before breakfast. Went for a walk after lunch. Stopped at local park, used monkey bars for “Dead Hang” Exercises. Now going to do Chest & Arms, Abs & Core, then Yoga Challenge - Day 14. At 3:45 pm I have closed the 3 Activity Rings on my AppIe Watch. I believe 2019 is the year of success!!
